SEAL DF

The DF profile is a double-spring seal consisting of a single metal case with a reinforced rubber coating to prevent corrosion, and two sealing lips with springs. This design is specifically intended for the separation of two media or for use in situations with extreme external dirt accumulation on rotating shafts.

TOLERANCE FOR THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SEAL 

The inner diameter of the sealing lip is always smaller than the shaft diameter. Depending on the shaft size, the sealing lip diameter is generally between 0.8 and 3.5 mm smaller than the shaft diameter.
