Seals manufactured according to DIN 3760: Variety and Adaptability

Our seals, manufactured to DIN 3760, comprise a variety of types designed to meet different industrial needs and specific applications. These include seals types A, AO, AS, which are the most standard seals, with sealing lips suitable for general applications. On the other hand, seals types B, BS, BO are equipped with an outer metal structure, which makes them ideal for environments where a precise fit in the housing is required. For more demanding conditions, there are seals types C, CS, CSO, which feature a reinforced metal structure, perfect for the most aggressive environments. In addition, seals type AP and ASP are especially for applications with higher than usual liquid pressure, and we can offer designs that withstand up to 100 bar.

Special Configurations for Specific Applications

In addition to these more standard types, we have special configurations tailored to various industries and specific applications. For example, Cassette seals (K7) offer a compact and robust solution that rotates on its own, providing effective protection against contaminants. Likewise, Combi seals (KOMBI) feature the ability to integrate multiple sealing lips in a compact design, making them ideal for highly aggressive environments such as the agricultural industry.

Specific Seals for Automotive and Motorcycles

For automotive and motorbike applications, we offer seals specifically designed to meet stringent industry standards, ensuring performance and reliability even under severe operating conditions. In particular, Teflon (PA) lip seals are ideal for high temperature and high speed environments, reducing friction and improving seal life.

At OSN, all our seals have one thing in common: they can be fully configured to customer requirements. We use different elastomers to suit specific temperature, pressure and operating media conditions. In addition, models can also incorporate stainless steel springs to improve the efficiency and longevity of the sealing system, ensuring reliable operation over time.
