OIL SEAL OTB
The OTB profile is a radial seal with an outer metal cage, a primary sealing lip with integrated spring, an additional dust lip and inverted sealing. The sealing lip, with integrated spring, is placed on the outside.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Good radial rigidity, particularly for large diameters.
- Excellent stability after installation, effectively preventing any rebound effect.
- Sealing for low- and high-viscosity fluids
- Modern primary sealing lip with low radial forces
- Protection against undesirable air contaminants.
See our gInstallation guide for oil seals to perform a correct installation of the seal.

TOLERANCE FOR THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SEAL
The inner diameter of the sealing lip is always smaller than the shaft diameter. Depending on the shaft size, the sealing lip diameter is generally between 0.8 and 3.5 mm smaller than the shaft diameter.
