Piston seals

Stem Seals

On the other hand, our stem seals are specially designed to provide effective sealing and protection against contaminants in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Importantly, these seals are essential for maintaining leak-tightness and reducing wear on the stems, ensuring that the system operates efficiently. In addition, our stem seals are available in a variety of materials such as NBR, POM, PU, NBR or FKM, among others, allowing them to adapt to various operating conditions, thus extending the service life of the components.

Symmetrical Joints

If bi-directional sealing is required, our symmetrical seals are certainly ideal. They provide consistent and reliable performance in both directions of movement, ensuring effective sealing and reducing the risk of leakage. They are ideal as spare parts because they can be used for both piston rods and pistons. In addition, they are available in a variety of materials such as NBR, POM, PU, NBR or FKM, allowing symmetrical seals to be adapted to a wide range of operating conditions, thus offering versatility and reliability.

Scrapers

Our scrapers are also designed to protect hydraulic and pneumatic systems from the ingress of dust, dirt and abrasive particles. In this way, they ensure that the cylinder rods are kept clean, which helps to reduce wear and tear and the maintenance required. Made of durable materials such as NBR, PU or FKM, our wipers are essential for maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the system.

Metalbuna gaskets

Metalbuna gaskets combine the strength of metal with the flexibility of rubber to provide a robust seal in extreme conditions. They are therefore ideal for applications involving high pressures and severe temperatures, guaranteeing a safe and reliable seal. In addition, they are available in various configurations and materials (NBR, FKM, FVMQ, stainless steel...), ensuring system integrity in the most challenging environments. In addition, our guides, available in a variety of materials, minimise wear and improve operating efficiency, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. We offer them in coils, cut to length or formed to suit the requirements of each application.

Support Hoops

Finally, our support rings are designed to withstand radial loads and maintain the stability of components in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. They are used both as support for O-rings and as additional thickness without O-rings. This ensures the structural integrity of the system, extending its service life and improving overall reliability.
