SEAL SBCW

The SBCW profile is a radial shaft seal designed for shaft sealing applications. It consists of a single metal case partially covered with a rubber layer on the outer surface, and a primary sealing lip with an integrated spring. The sealing lip features bidirectional grooves, allowing it to follow the shaft’s rotation in both directions and effectively control lubricant expulsion.

TOLERANCE FOR THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SEAL 

The inner diameter of the sealing lip is always smaller than the shaft diameter. Depending on the shaft size, the sealing lip diameter is generally between 0.8 and 3.5 mm smaller than the shaft diameter.
