Retén TGW

El perfil TGW es un retén de doble labio compuesto de una única jaula de metal con un revestimiento de goma, un labio de sellado primario con muelle integrado y un labio guardapolvo que actúa de protector contra la acumulación de suciedad desde el exterior. Dispone de un estriado en el exterior para facilitar el montaje. El labio de estanqueidad tiene estrias con un sentido de rotación bidireccional, para seguir el mismo giro del eje y controlar la expulsión de lubricante.

TOLERANCE FOR THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SEAL 

When not under pressure, the inside diameter of the sealing lip is always smaller than the shaft diameter. The difference between the two dimensions is known as interference or pre-fitting. Depending on the shaft size, the sealing lip diameter is estimated to be between 0.8 mm and 3.5 mm smaller. It will depend on the setting chosen by each manufacturer.
