Thanks to their rigidity, Type CS is ideal for operating conditions with high rotation speeds, moderate pressures, or elevated temperatures, where elastomer-coated seals might not offer the same long-term performance.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The additional springless dust lip acts as a first protective barrier, while the main spring-loaded lip guarantees constant sealing pressure against the shaft, helping to effectively retain lubricants such as oils or greases. This configuration improves the overall efficiency of the sealing system, extending the service life of internal components.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Type CS oil seals are available in various material configurations and finishes, including standard (TA), with an outer coating (TAC), or with a special anti-corrosion treatment (TA-H).
