Before OSN Seals, S.L. (hereinafter, OSN) can process any product for a buyer, even if the
buyer has accepted a specific quotation, the buyer must sign and complete the
customer account opening form. The customer cannot be registered unless all the
information required to complete that document is provided and\/or the customer\u2019s
authorization for the processing of their data in accordance with data protection law is on
record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Buyers may submit enquiries or orders through the following channels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company shall not accept responsibility for any error in the processing of orders for which there is no written record.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Buyers who submit orders by email will receive a confirmation specifying the products and quantities processed, delivery dates and shipping method. The terms of this order confirmation will be deemed correct and accepted by the customer unless written notice of the required changes is received by the same means before the order is dispatched. Customers who place an order by telephone, WhatsApp or in person may request the same confirmation, provided that they supply an email address to which it can be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n OSN encourages its customers to submit orders and enquiries by email. Telephone orders will not be processed unless the customer provides a purchase order number<\/strong> and\/or an email address to which the order confirmation can be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first three orders must be paid in advance. After this period, OSN will consider opening an account for the customer only if requested. Shipments will be made following a bank transfer, with proof of payment sent by email. OSN will retain ownership of the requested goods until payment, or alternatively proof of payment, has been received. Sales quotations or estimates shall remain valid for seven (7) calendar days.<\/strong> Once that period has elapsed without tacit or express acceptance by the buyer, OSN shall no longer be bound by the offer. During the validity period and until acceptance by the buyer, OSN may sell the offered product to other customers without the buyer being entitled to make any claim. The customer may cancel quotations without charge or penalty provided that the requested material is in stock and has not yet left OSN\u2019s premises. If the material has already been collected by the carrier agreed by both parties, a return may be requested if the conditions set out in the returns section are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once accepted by the buyer, quotations may not be cancelled by the buyer if they concern an item offered with a lead time.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Unless expressly requested otherwise by the customer, orders will be dispatched from OSN\u2019s warehouses from Monday to Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Therefore, same-day dispatch is not guaranteed for orders placed with our offices after 4:00 p.m.<\/strong> OSN does not cover the shipping costs of orders under \u20ac300. When goods are sent carriage paid, OSN will select the transport company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Products supplied by OSN may be returned by the customer within 15 calendar days following the processing and dispatch of the order, subject to prior notice to and acceptance by OSN, which will issue a return number. For products that were not in stock and were quoted with a delivery lead time, OSN may charge the shipping costs\u2014and handling costs, if any\u2014to the customer who accepted the quotation. Once the product has been delivered, the Buyer must carry out the necessary inspections to detect any shortages, defects or errors in order preparation. In particular, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the products as regards quantity, reference, condition and characteristics. Notification of defects or errors in the goods supplied will only be recognized if submitted in writing within fifteen calendar days following receipt of the product.<\/strong> In such a case, the buyer must accompany the notification with evidence, samples and delivery notes and indicate the invoice number, date and identification markings on the packaging. OSN warrants that the products supplied correspond to the agreed references and specifications and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for its intended use and that its technical, material and dimensional characteristics meet the buyer\u2019s requirements. The minimum order value is \u20ac2 (VAT not included) per product. The minimum delivery-note value is \u20ac6 (VAT not included).<\/strong> Invoices will not be issued for amounts below this value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For special manufacturing orders, customers with a credit account must pay at least 50% of the amount in advance before the order can be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSALES QUOTATIONS AND ESTIMATES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Quotations concerning products that OSN does not have in stock, whether or not they have special technical specifications, may only be considered accepted when the buyer expressly confirms acceptance. A purchase order number will always be requested for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCANCELLATION OF QUOTATIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Carriage-forward shipments will only be accepted when made through one of the transport companies with which OSN has a current contract. If the carrier proposed by the customer is not among them, the customer must accept shipment with the transport costs charged on the invoice, unless the order reaches the minimum value established for free carriage. In the event of an incident involving such carriage-forward shipments, the customer, as consignee, will be responsible for handling the matter with its carrier.<\/strong> OSN will provide the customer with proof of collection from our premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRETURNS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Returns will not be accepted after 15 calendar days from the processing and\/or dispatch of the order, or without a return number.<\/strong><\/strong>
The final return amount will be credited to the customer\u2019s account and deducted from the invoice for the current month for customers with a credit account. If the customer paid in advance by bank transfer, in cash\u2014up to a maximum of \u20ac1,000\u2014or by credit card, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
Returns of unsealed bearings, O-rings or O-ring cord after cutting will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/strong>
For returns made within the stipulated period of 15 calendar days, the customer must bear the shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the delivery note and\/or a document specifying the date, the material and the quantities purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNOTIFICATION OF ERRORS OR DEFECTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Claims made by the buyer shall only entitle the buyer to a replacement supplied by OSN.<\/p>\n\n\n\nPRODUCT WARRANTY:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The warranty shall not cover damage or defects resulting from improper product selection, assembly or installation errors, misuse, handling, deficient storage or maintenance, the use of incompatible lubricants, or overloading<\/strong>, normal wear and tear, transport not arranged by OSN, or any modification, machining or use of the product by the customer or third parties.
To enforce the warranty for manufacturing defects, the buyer must report the incident in writing within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the product<\/strong>, keep the product unaltered and make it available to OSN for inspection. The buyer must also prove that the defect is a manufacturing defect by means of an expert report issued by an independent, qualified technician, without prejudice to any technical inspection OSN may conduct. The claim must also include the documents and evidence indicated in the section \u201cNOTIFICATION OF ERRORS OR DEFECTS\u201d.
When a manufacturing defect attributable to the product is confirmed, OSN\u2019s liability shall be limited, at its option, to repairing the product or replacing it with another product of equivalent characteristics. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect damages, production losses, loss of profit and any other losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product are excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFOR YOUR INFORMATION:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
