Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you will find answers to the most common questions about our products and services at OSN. Our aim is therefore to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions and to ensure that your experience with us is as satisfactory as possible. However, if you do not find the answer you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

In order for OSN to process a product, the buyer must sign and complete the customer registration form. It will not be possible to register without the necessary information and authorisation for data processing in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

OSN facilities are open from Monday to Friday, from 09:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00h. We can be contacted by telephone on (+34) 977 134 700. You can also send your queries to the following e-mail address info@osn.es and process orders in our B2B shop, shop.osnseals.com24 hours a day.

The minimum order is €2 per product (delivery note line) and €10 per delivery note (total amount excluding VAT and transport costs). The minimum for each delivery note to be processed is €10, even if other products have been previously processed.

Our B2B online shop is only for customers who already have an account with OSN and make a minimum annual purchase of €5,000. All general customers can also check product availability by logging in as a guest but will not be able to view prices or place orders.

The company accepts no liability for errors in orders without written proof. 

Order confirmations by e-mail are deemed to be accepted unless otherwise notified.

Orders placed by phone or WhatsApp require an email address for confirmation.

OSN recommends sending orders and enquiries by email; telephone orders will not be processed without an order number and mailing address.

 

We ship EXW and carriage paid worldwide. The customer can request delivery with postage charged on the invoice through companies such as DHL, Fedex, Nacex and MRW. You can also arrange collect on delivery, with MRW, NACEX and DHL being the only ones with daily collection.

Delivery times are Monday to Friday from 16h to 18h. We offer free delivery in the centre of Barcelona (Calle Ali Bei 51) from 10am to 2pm for orders placed before 5pm the previous working day. Please consult express delivery options (08:30h, 10h, 14h or same day delivery in Catalonia).

All new customers must pay for their orders in advance. Sending proof of payment will allow same day delivery if in stock. OSN will return payment by the same method in case of error or refund.

Regular customers are eligible for 30-day deferred payment, subject to prior authorisation from the insurance company Crédito y Caución.

Orders requiring manufacture or transport requested by the customer must be paid for in advance and may incur charges in the event of cancellation.

The customer will have 15 calendar days after the date of purchase to return their products without justification, provided that they have not been damaged in any way (nor their packaging in the case of original products).

Returns will not be accepted without a prior authorisation number from the OSN Sales Department, which must be indicated on the package. Return transport costs will be borne by the customer and the company will pay for the material once it has been received and checked. After 15 calendar days, returns will not be accepted.

Unsealed bearings, O-rings and O-threads after cutting will not be accepted for return.

OSN has a quality department that immediately resolves incidents. If there are errors in the processing or preparation of the material, the company assumes the costs of replacement. Although we have not experienced quality errors in years, OSN will cover remanufacturing and replacement costs should they occur.

In cases of delay or loss of the package, the Sales department collaborates with the customer, providing information about the shipment, contacting the transport agency and processing the order again if necessary. However, OSN is not responsible for damages or delays caused by transport agencies.

At OSN we offer net prices to always guarantee the best price. Due to market fluctuations and price variations depending on quantity, we do not provide any price lists. Eligible customers can access our B2B online shop to check prices and availability at any time.

OSN offers are valid for 30 days, except for in-stock products, which are valid for 30 days unless sold out. If an offer exceeds this period, please contact the Sales Department to verify its validity. Offers for non-stock products are only accepted expressly by requesting an order number from the customer.

The customer can cancel offers free of charge if the material is in stock and has not left OSN. If the material has already been picked up by the carrier, a return can be requested according to the returns section. Accepted offers cannot be cancelled if they are on time, unless the customer assumes the cancellation costs.

 

OSN is ISO 9001 certified and works with IATF 16949 manufacturers. We provide information on the country of origin and tariff codes of all our products. Registered in IMDS, we carry out dimensional controls according to UNE-EN 10204.

For the pharmaceutical and food industries, we provide documents such as FDA, NSF, allergen, Reach, WRAS, UL, and AED certifications.

We also manage the PPAP process, providing samples and the necessary documentation for homologation.

We personalise the packaging to suit your needs and We label all items with your item number including barcode. Just tell us the specifications for each product.

OSN will provide technical data sheets, technical drawings and material data sheets for customers who have confirmed or placed an order for a product.

OSN will provide all the necessary information regarding the date of manufacture of a product for those customers who request any of the dimensional control certificates provided for in the UNE-EN 10204 standard.
