We strive to establish, develop and maintain a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 Standard. This system reflects the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
Attention to customer needs:
We always respond to the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders, ensuring that the products and services offered meet their expectations.
Legal and regulatory compliance:
Maintaining an attitude of trust and cooperation with the administrations is essential for us. For this reason, we are scrupulous in complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, with the firm intention of participating and contributing to the improvement of society.
Commitment to the social environment:
We are committed to engaging with our immediate social environment, creating close ties between the company and the community.
Compliance with current legal regulations:
We rigorously apply compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory standards in the performance of our activity. In addition, we maintain the Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, updating manuals, procedures, instructions and records on a regular basis.

We carry out regular internal audits of the Management System to ensure its correct adequacy.
Setting objectives and targets:
We provide the necessary resources to achieve the established quality objectives. In addition, we carry out continuous monitoring through indicators that ensure continuous improvement.
Customer satisfaction:
We strive to continuously understand our customers' needs and expectations, with the aim of increasing their satisfaction with our activities and services. We promptly resolve any complaints to resolve customer dissatisfaction. In addition, we make our staff aware of the importance of knowing our customers' needs in order to provide continuous improvements.
Relations with suppliers and subcontractors:
We continually select and evaluate our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our customers.
Staff participation:
We are committed to fair treatment and respect for the rights of our employees, complying with applicable labour legislation. In addition, we continuously train all our staff, applying training and qualification plans that improve their adaptation to new technologies and systems, evaluating the effectiveness of these actions.
Protection of the health and integrity of personnel:
We strictly comply with the legal regulations on occupational risk prevention, integrating prevention with the rest of the organisation's activities. We assess occupational risks in order to adopt the necessary preventive measures and avoid or minimise risks. We investigate any situation that may negatively affect the health of workers, identifying the causes and adopting measures to avoid its repetition.
Conservation of the environment:
We comply with current legal regulations on environmental matters, raising awareness, training and educating our staff on the importance of respecting the environment. We encourage good environmental practices among our external personnel and we are committed to preventing pollution through the rational use of resources, the reduction of consumption and emissions, and the selective management of waste to facilitate recycling.
