We have couplings manufactured in carbon steel, grey cast iron, nodular cast iron, high-strength aluminium and AISI 316L stainless steel, allowing the most suitable solution to be selected according to the working conditions, the level of corrosion, the mechanical demands or the hygienic requirements of the installation. We also supply special versions in composite materials, galvanised components and specific configurations for aggressive environments, food, chemical, marine, mining industries or areas with a risk of explosion.
In addition to complete couplings, we supply spider elements and flexible replacement elements for a wide variety of manufacturers. We have compounds in NBR and polyurethane with different levels of elasticity, vibration absorption and torque-transmission capacity. Different hardnesses are offered, from more flexible versions to cushion impacts and misalignments to high-rigidity, high-torque compounds for demanding applications. There are also variants for high temperatures, continuous operation, humid environments or exposure to oils and certain chemical agents, allowing the behaviour of the assembly to be optimised according to the needs of each installation.
