O-ring kits

We stock a wide range of O-ring kits manufactured in different materials such as NBR, FKM, VMQ, EPDM and HNBR. Each material offers specific characteristics suited to a variety of applications. Every OSN kit contains an assortment of O-ring sizes and quantities, which simplifies the selection of the correct seal for a specific application. These kits are available in both metric and imperial sizes.

Quad-ring kits

We also offer quad-ring kits, available in both NBR and FKM. These kits are intended for applications that require more effective and more durable sealing than conventional O-rings provide. In this case, all dimensions are imperial.

Flat gasket kits

Our flat gasket kits are suited to applications that require reliable sealing under high pressure and temperature. They are available in NBR, and we also offer options in other materials such as EPDM, NYLON or PTFE, among others, in order to meet a variety of industrial requirements.

Bonded seal kits

OSN supplies bonded seal kits designed to provide efficient and durable sealing in demanding industrial applications. These bonded seals combine a metal ring with a bonded Buna-N (nitrile) rubber insert, which gives them excellent resistance to oils, fuels and mechanical wear. OSN kits are supplied in a wide variety of sizes, available in both the metric and the imperial system, which allows you to select the correct seal for different standards and applications.

Retaining ring and circlip kits

We also include a broad assortment of retaining ring and circlip kits, ranging from DIN 471, DIN 472 and DIN 6799 types to their imperial versions with sizes in inches. All of them are available in carbon steel and in stainless steel. The size range and the quantity of each size can be customised to the requirements of the customer.

Washer kits

Our copper and aluminium washer kits to DIN 7603A are recognised in the market for their quality and competitive price. We offer a wide variety of sizes and these kits are also fully customisable.
