The yellow polyurethane version combines low weight, resistance to regular use and immediate visual identification of the inch-size system. The metric version is manufactured from black PVC, a rigid and lightweight material that provides stability during reading and makes the seven-cone set easy to handle. To obtain consistent results, the O-ring must be positioned without forcing or stretching it. Measurements should be interpreted taking into account the tolerances of the O-ring itself and the measuring conditions.
