Black measuring cone set for metric O-rings

Description

Manufactured from PVC and comprising seven stackable cones covering inside diameters from 5 to 286 mm. The measuring ranges are: 5–54 mm, 55–103 mm, 104–142 mm, 143–178 mm, 179–214 mm, 215–250 mm and 252–286 mm. Its modular configuration makes it easy to select only the required range and store the set in less space.

Set and measuring ranges

The set consists of seven separate cones, identified 1A to 7A, each with its own measuring range graduated in millimetres. To find the inside diameter of an O-ring, slide it down the corresponding cone from the tip until it rests in place without being forced, then read the value shown on the scale. The seven cones stack together into a single tower, so you can use only the piece covering the range you need and store the complete set in very little space. Measuring deviation is -1 mm to +2 mm.
