At OSN we manufacture custom-cut flat gaskets using the different materials in the KLINGER range, adapting to the requirements of each installation. We can manufacture gaskets according to the drawings or dimensions supplied by the customer (inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness and bolt holes), for both prototypes and production series.
We are also able to supply standardised gaskets according to DN (nominal diameter) for flanges compliant with the main international standards (EN 1092-1, DIN, ANSI/ASME, among others), ensuring a precise fit and optimal sealing in industrial applications.
Our technical team will advise you on the selection of the most suitable KLINGER material according to the pressure, the temperature and the chemical compatibility of each application.
