At OSN we manufacture custom flat gaskets using the different materials in the KLINGER range, adapting to the requirements of each installation. We can manufacture gaskets according to the drawings or dimensions provided by the customer (inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness and holes), both for prototypes and for production runs.
We also have the capability to supply standardised gaskets to DN (Nominal Diameter) standards for flanges in accordance with the main international standards (EN 1092-1, DIN, ANSI/ASME, among others), ensuring a precise fit and optimal tightness in industrial applications.
Our technical team will advise you on selecting the most suitable KLINGER material according to the pressure, temperature and chemical compatibility of each application.
