Their versatility, combined with materials that withstand high temperatures and chemicals, makes them essential in many industries. V-rings, or v-seals, are flexible axial seals that typically protect bearings from dust ingress and splashes. Commonly used in electric motors and pumps, these rings are easy to fit and suitable for high speeds. They are available in materials such as NBR and FKM, and can also be produced in VMQ, CR or any material the customer requires. On top of that, our size range, for shafts from 3 to 2,000 mm, and our choice of types, VA, VS, VL, VE, VAX, are the widest on the market, and can meet specific certifications according to the requirements of the application.
Axial seals perform the same function as v-rings, but include a metal case that increases rigidity and improves protection against dust. These seals are characterised by their high sealing capacity and resistance to friction, and are available in NBR and FKM, as well as in other materials or to custom designs for specific needs. Our RE and RE-1 types in particular ensure performance across a range of operating conditions and can meet certifications such as FDA and UL, among others.
Also known as quad-rings, x-rings have an X-shaped cross-section that improves sealing performance compared with conventional o-rings. They are ideal for high-pressure systems and dynamic applications, since they reduce the risk of spiral twist and offer a longer service life. Manufactured in materials such as NBR or FKM, they can be customised in other elastomers and supplied with special certifications.

Available in a variety of materials such as NBR, VMQ, EPDM or FKM, OSN o-ring cord can meet FDA and NSF certifications, offering flexibility and convenience in use.
