Applicators are designed to install radial retaining rings on shafts quickly, accurately and in a controlled manner. They are used together with dispensers to load the ring and move it into its groove, allowing precise installation without needing to rotate the tool. When the ring is correctly seated, it snaps securely into the groove.
The range includes straight applicators and 45°, 90° and offset versions, allowing adaptation to different assembly positions and access requirements. Heavy-duty applicators for large rings are also available, as well as compact easy-guide solutions for manual installations requiring good ergonomics and controlled ring handling during assembly.
The applicator range is organized into different configurations to suit the ring type, the available installation space and the required strength level. The main types are A, B, C and CD.
