Applicator CD

The CD applicator is intended for applications that require an offset geometry or a specific angle to work in hard-to-reach areas. It is designed to facilitate ring installation when the assembly position prevents the use of a straight applicator or when the pushing axis must be offset from the main working line.

The main difference of this model is its offset configuration, which improves access to the installation point, maintains good control during installation and reduces the risk of incorrect ring positioning. It is suitable for industrial applications requiring precision, repeatability and adaptation to the available space.

MATERIALES

Disponible en NBR y POM. El anillo de estanqueidad se fabrica en NBR reforzado con tejido, que aumenta la resistencia mecánica y la capacidad de soportar la presión sin extruirse, y los anillos de guía y apoyo en POM, un termoplástico de alta resistencia y bajo coeficiente de rozamiento. Esta combinación resiste los aceites minerales, las grasas y los fluidos ignífugos HFA, HFB y HFC, y mantiene la estabilidad dimensional del conjunto frente a la presión y a las cargas laterales.
