SEAL SGY

The SGY profile is a single lip seal, consisting of a single metal cage with a rubber liner and a primary sealing lip with integrated spring. The SGY maintains the same design as the SG, but incorporates specific modifications to suit the requirements of a particular application.. In addition, it has a groove on the outside to facilitate assembly.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Good static sealing.
2. Compensation of different thermal expansion.
3. Reduced risk of fretting corrosion.
4. A higher surface roughness of the bore is allowed.
5. Installation in split housings.
6. Grooved outside for ease of assembly.
