V-RINGS VR-VLX

Description
Rotary seal made entirely of elastomer. The seal consists of a body and a front sealing lip. The elasticity of the body, together with the interference between it and the shaft, keeps the seal in place and rotating with the shaft without the need for a specific housing. More compact than the VL type for confined spaces.
Assembly
Installation is very simple. The VLX-type V-Ring must be slightly stretched and slid along the shaft. This can be done manually or with a simple tool. The lip of the seal should be lubricated. The shaft should preferably be dry and free of oil and grease.
Advantages
Materials
Available in NBR, FKM, CR, HNBR and VMQ, with hardness between 60 and 80 Shore. These compounds offer an optimal combination of flexibility, chemical resistance and thermal stability, allowing reliable performance against dust, splashes, oils, greases and atmospheric agents. Their elastic structure ensures proper adaptation to the shaft and effective sealing even under misalignment or vibration.
Technical data
Three-dimensional view and ultra-compact design of the VR-VLX V-Rings for confined spaces
This 3D illustration presents the structure of the VLX rotary V-Ring seal, which stands out for being even more compact than the VL type. You can observe its optimized elastomer profile, ideal for environments with extreme space restrictions, ensuring rotation together with the shaft and effective protection.
