Piston seal PDC

Description

The PDC is a piston sealing profile with a rigid body, spring and rubber lip. It is designed to work in both pneumatic and hydraulic applications, providing reliable sealing even at low pressures and low speed.

Assembly

To install the PDC, place the profile in the piston housing, ensuring the correct lip orientation and avoiding twisting or damage. Lubricate the contact surfaces with a product compatible with the pneumatic or hydraulic medium. Periodically check wear, leakage and system cleanliness.

Materials

The PDC profile can be manufactured in NBR and FKM. According to the available information, applicable hardness ranges are 80/85 Shore A for standard applications and 90/98 Shore A when higher sealing performance and resistance are required.
