Pliers RPI

RPI pliers correspond to the standard range for metric internal retaining rings. They are designed for installing and removing rings housed in bores or internal grooves, where the tool must act on the ring from the inside.

Their design allows the ring to be compressed in a controlled way to facilitate insertion into or removal from the housing. The correct reference should be selected according to the metric ring series and the diameter range indicated in the catalogue.

MATERIALES

Disponible en NBR y POM. El anillo de estanqueidad se fabrica en NBR reforzado con tejido, que aumenta la resistencia mecánica y la capacidad de soportar la presión sin extruirse, y los anillos de guía y apoyo en POM, un termoplástico de alta resistencia y bajo coeficiente de rozamiento. Esta combinación resiste los aceites minerales, las grasas y los fluidos ignífugos HFA, HFB y HFC, y mantiene la estabilidad dimensional del conjunto frente a la presión y a las cargas laterales.
