Pliers RPN-G

RPN-G pliers correspond to control pliers for external friction retaining rings mounted on shafts, especially suitable for SHF and DSF ring series. They are designed to grip and control the ring during installation or removal.

They are manufactured from forged chrome-vanadium steel, with solid non-slip tips and plastic-coated non-slip handles. This construction allows friction rings to be handled more safely, avoiding sudden movements and improving operator control.

MATERIALES

Disponible en NBR y POM. El anillo de estanqueidad se fabrica en NBR reforzado con tejido, que aumenta la resistencia mecánica y la capacidad de soportar la presión sin extruirse, y los anillos de guía y apoyo en POM, un termoplástico de alta resistencia y bajo coeficiente de rozamiento. Esta combinación resiste los aceites minerales, las grasas y los fluidos ignífugos HFA, HFB y HFC, y mantiene la estabilidad dimensional del conjunto frente a la presión y a las cargas laterales.
