SEAL TC4W

The TC4 profile is a special double lip seal for motorcycle and bicycle shock absorbers, composed of a single rubber-coated metal cage, a double sealing lip, with spring, and an additional anti-dust lip, suitable for linear movements. The sealing lip has grooves with a bidirectional rotation direction, to follow the same rotation of the shaft and control the expulsion of lubricant.

TOLERANCE FOR THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE SEAL

The inner diameter of the sealing lip is always smaller than the shaft diameter. Depending on the shaft size, the sealing lip diameter is generally between 0.8 and 3.5 mm smaller than the shaft diameter.
