Dispenser RD

The RD dispenser is a compact, ergonomic version designed to facilitate manual dispensing of retaining rings in applications where greater control is required during work. Its format allows rings to be stored in a flexible system and guided towards the exit area, where they can be picked up or positioned more easily.

This type of dispenser is especially useful when the operator needs mobility, convenient access or a lighter solution that can be used at different workstations. It is suitable for manual assembly operations, maintenance and jobs where permanent attachment of the dispenser to the workbench is not required.

MATERIALES

Disponible en NBR y POM. El anillo de estanqueidad se fabrica en NBR reforzado con tejido, que aumenta la resistencia mecánica y la capacidad de soportar la presión sin extruirse, y los anillos de guía y apoyo en POM, un termoplástico de alta resistencia y bajo coeficiente de rozamiento. Esta combinación resiste los aceites minerales, las grasas y los fluidos ignífugos HFA, HFB y HFC, y mantiene la estabilidad dimensional del conjunto frente a la presión y a las cargas laterales.
