Washer DIN 7603A

Description
Flat sealing washers used in screw joints to ensure tightness in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Typically available in copper or aluminium, but offered in other materials, they are used with DIN 908/910 plugs and offer reliable sealing against fluids and pressures.
Assembly
DIN 7603A washers are mounted by placing the flat washer between the surface of the plug or screw and the housing; they must be centered and undamaged. The surface must be clean and smooth to ensure watertightness. Tighten the threaded element until the washer deforms slightly and generates the seal; No special tools or subsequent tightening required.
Materials
DIN 7603A washers are available in copper, aluminum, A4/316Ti stainless steel, soft iron/steel, and vulcanized fiber. They do not have added coatings, as the material itself acts as a sealing element.
