Pliers RPS and RPL

RPS and RPL pliers correspond to the standard inch-size range. Within this classification, they are used for internal and external retaining rings in imperial dimensions, selecting the appropriate reference according to the ring type and required size range.

These pliers are manufactured from treated high-carbon steel and include stops and return springs to facilitate ring installation and removal. For external rings, the stops help prevent excessive opening; for internal rings, they help position the tips accurately in the ring lugs or holes.

MATERIALES

Disponible en NBR y POM. El anillo de estanqueidad se fabrica en NBR reforzado con tejido, que aumenta la resistencia mecánica y la capacidad de soportar la presión sin extruirse, y los anillos de guía y apoyo en POM, un termoplástico de alta resistencia y bajo coeficiente de rozamiento. Esta combinación resiste los aceites minerales, las grasas y los fluidos ignífugos HFA, HFB y HFC, y mantiene la estabilidad dimensional del conjunto frente a la presión y a las cargas laterales.
